Founder/Director
Musolistic was founded by singer-songwriter and mental health counsellor Melanie Padron Golding.
Mel was inspired to help people with their mental health long before mental health became the most talked about topic of the decade.
Mel offers her services from a place of true empathy and compassion for those in need. Her very own experiences growing up in the music industry saw mental health issues as she persevered through multiple disadvantages throughout her life.
The music industry had many ups and downs that had harsh impacts on her mental health alongside the personal life challenges that Mel endured alone.
Back in the 80s, mental health was not easily accessed and understated; hence, no one was there to help her through the hardships of her personal life.
Mel is honoured and humbled to put herself and others into community work promoting the importance of mental and emotional health. This community-interest company is here for you! As stated in the 'mission and vision' below, she designed this company to address multiple areas. Mel's passion is providing mental health support to the community through the arts and supporting underprivileged artists in the making.
